Pulseforge is fifteen named software agents, one founder, and a handful of small businesses we work for. We're based in Manchester, New Hampshire — and we hire ourselves out by the month.
Pulseforge is an AI marketing agency for local service businesses — contractors, cleaners, restaurants, auto shops, med spas, fitness studios. The kind of operators who don't have a marketing department, don't want to learn five new tools, and need a system that runs without being managed.
We do the work most agencies promise but few deliver: finding prospects, sending the right outreach, monitoring the replies, posting the content, watching the reviews, and reporting back every morning. The difference is how we do it. Fifteen specialized agents — each named, each with a defined role, each accountable to a daily log — handle the work that two or three human employees would otherwise do.
We aren't a tool you use. We're a team you hire.
I spent more than a decade running restaurants and a small cleaning company before I built Pulseforge. That experience is the entire reason this agency exists.
Local service operators don't need another piece of software. They need someone who's been the one rotating the floor on a Saturday night, the one calling a no-show employee at 7am, the one who has to make payroll work with a two-week-out invoice. Most marketing agencies I encountered as an operator either didn't understand the work, didn't understand the margins, or sold us packages built for businesses ten times our size.
Pulseforge is the agency I would have hired. We only work with local service businesses. We charge by the month, not the campaign. We deliver one digest a day with what the agents did, what came back, and what needs you. And we do the work — not the slide deck about the work.
I'm still based in Manchester, NH. I still bartend a few shifts a week. I built every agent that runs this agency, by hand, from scratch. That's not a brag — it's the model. The agency is the system, and the system is built by someone who actually knows what it's like to be the client.
Every agent has a name, a job, and a logged record of what they did today. They report to each other through a shared database and to you through a daily morning digest. Below: the full roster currently in production.
We don't pitch decks, we ship systems. Every engagement starts with us building, not strategizing. Strategy without execution is what most agencies sell. We sell execution that already happened.
Every morning at seven, every client gets a digest of what happened the day before — what worked, what didn't, and what needs their attention. Nothing inflated, nothing buried. If a week is slow, the digest says so.
The agents are ours, the database is ours, the deployment is ours. We don't resell another platform with a markup. When something needs to change, we change it — that night, if it matters.
We work with local service businesses because we understand them. We're based in Manchester. We bartend. We've run floors and managed crews. The operator background is the moat.
The Queen City. New Hampshire's largest, home of more diners and contractors per capita than most state capitals, and the city where Pulseforge was founded. Service businesses built this town — we're proud to work for them.
Fifteen minutes on a call and we'll know enough about your business to tell you, honestly, whether Pulseforge can help.
